SPRAY DRIED INSTANT COFFEE

 

Spray dried instant coffee is composed exclusively of fine coffees selected from the best producing.

The first step is the roasting, followed by the extraction step, where all soluble substances are removed from the coffee. The resulting liquid is the coffee extract, which then is concentrated, where the water in the coffee extract is removed until a concentration of soluble solids is obtained that are suitable for drying

The preparation is carried out with the traditional “spray-drying” process, made by sprinkling the coffee extract in a drying tower, where there is contact with hot air and the water is evaporated.
