• This squid is stuffed with Hokkaido specialty rice and is seasoned in our liquid seasoning then cooked in a pot slowly and carefully over a period of time. 
• The stuffed squid is then quickly placed in a high temperature steralized bag.

HOW TO SERVE

• Pre boil water in a large pot that will cover all of the bag the stuffed squid is in. 
• Place the bag in the boiling water unopened and cook for 5 minutes. 
• Then take the bag out of the water open the bag a couple of centimeters and let sit for about 1 minute. 
• Please cut the squid to your preferred size and enjoy! This squid goes well with sake.
