Fishprocessing
Fish processing line can be divided into bubble washing machine, roughing line, fish peelers, finishing line .
It is composed of a few large, rough line design for the three conveyors, material handling layer, a layer of the
edge a workbench on both sides with a tap, to go head to tail, gutted, waste transport layer, finishing lines are
designed to floor conveyors, material handling layer, with a layer of the edge workbench for fish to stab and
finishing. Then according to the needs of the weighing process, transfer to a plate into the cryogenic freezer
frozen, make the product core temperature below -18 °C into frozen post-processing production lines.
Trimming conveyor operated by motor and belt. consist of two layers(first layer for processing,second layer for by-product or waste material)
l Drive roll and driven roll with kind of glue, function is increasing the friction,in order not slipped with water.
l Worktable with polypropylene sheet, accordance with hygiene standard
l Chute is made of stainless steel 304,waste can through the chute to the second layer.
l Work table and chute are removable,convenient for cleaning.
l Each stand with switch,switch with cover,workers can control conveyor, but better not always use the switch
l Each stand with water-tap,for processing
l Conveying speed can be adjustable. With adjustable device on motor, workers can make it fast or slow.
