The MicroThermics Flex series are miniature steam heated UHT (Ultra High Temperature) & HTST (High Temperature Short Time) processing systems that combine the performance of our full-size systems with the features most requested by our customers into a more compact design. Flex series processors feature automatic temperature controls for simple operation, two internal hold tubes (combining for up to 60 seconds at 1 liter per minute) and steam heating. All of the models from our Development Series are available in the Flex Series (see "Process Ranges" table below). Flex series processors follow the same upgrade path as our other systems to support addition of options such as steam injection, alternate hold tubes (up to 10 minutes), data acquisition systems, in-line homogenization, ultra-clean filling and more.
