Stellenrust Xaro Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 75cl (Case of 6)
Made from Grapes grown in the cooler Bottelary Hills of Stellenbosch. Grapes are cold soaked for 2 days and then fermented for 7 days on the skin. It is drained from the skins and then allowed to finish in tanks before going to barrels.
