Daily maintenance

1 All the fastening bolts including electronic control parts shall be checked. If any of them is loosened, tighten them to prolong their life-span.

2 Tension the internal transmission chain of the machine regularly, to ensure a good working condition of the transmission system.

Regular lubrication

Grease the transmission chain, bearing and gear, etc. with engine oil or butter as lubrications for prolonging the life-span of the machine.

1 The cover on position A, B,C and D shall be removed before lubricating.

2 Check if lubrication oil is more than half on the position of I and II speed varying gearbox or have oil leakage. Add lubrication oil regularly.

1. Application voltage environment should be given when making order, so as to choose the proper electric motor.
