Property:
Sucralose is white to off white, crystalline powder. Sucralose is freely soluble in water, methanol and Alcohol, however just slightly soluble in Ethyl Acetate. Sucralose functions as a nonnutritive Sweetener flavor enhancer. Sucralose has a clean, sweet taste that is approximately 600 times sweeter than sugar.
Usage:
Sucralose can be used in pharmaceutical, powdered drink mixes, baking, carbonated soft drinks, yogurts, Ice cream
Package and storage:
Sucralose is packed in 25kg cardboard drums with two PE liner bags or as otherwise agreed upon. Sucralose should be kept in the clear and dry storage shed.
