Performance bond: 2% to be submitted by seller for all destinations.
Our terms are cif to discharge port based on the following: -
( i) for container traffic we need t / t payment before loading and after order is confirmed.
( ii) for bulk shipments we need t / t 20-30% of purchase price, at confirmation of contract with balance on l / c transferable, confirmed, revolving, divisible and payable 100% at sight against the presentation of the agreed documents. Letter of credit in favor of the seller, issued, confirmed and guaranteed by a top world prime bank acceptable to seller
( iii) all payments and prices based on us dollar quotes to be paid in euros for value at date of payment.
Inspection: by sgs or equivalent at port of loading at seller s cost. For quality, quantity, weight, & analysis report at seller's cost at port of loading.
Discharge: all costs at port of discharge port for account of the buyer.
