    REAL SUGAR only EXISTS with REAL PRICES. We do not entertain requests with UNREALISTIC TARGET PRICES.

    To proceed with any deal, please send LOI / ICPO and target price. I am the supplier's
    
    We do not offer soft quotes. If you are a serious buyer then we expect an LOI and BCL to proceed.
    
    
    
    1. Buyer sends LOI+BCL
    
    2. Seller sends FCO
    
    3. Buyer issues ICPO or returns signed FCO
    
    4. Seller sends draft contract duly signed, stamped and sealed to buyer
    
    5. Buyer returns contract to the seller duly signed, sealed and stamped
    
    6. Contract copies are exchange and signed.
    
    7. Seller issues proof of product 5 banking days after receiving POF (no operative LC)
    
    8. Seller issues 2 % performance bond to activate LC
    
    9. Shipment and payment
