CXG Series High-efficient Pulverizer

 

 

Main usage:

CXG series pulverizer is a high-efficient micro pulverizer that my company designed and developed. The material's crushing and powder's classification are in the same cavity, but they operate independently. This machine has the whole function, compact structure, stable technical performance, less power consumption, wide adaptation, adjustable powder fineness, easy maintenance, etc. The superfine grinding is widely used in chemical industry, dye, paint, medicine, food and other industries. The material's crushing and classification to the finished product is done in the same closed system. During the dust removal, there is no pollution. It is the ideal equipment for environmental protection.

 

Working principle:

The machine consists of charging part, pulverizing system, the wind leaf device, suction dust removal system and wind system. Drive host has shattered box, feed hopper, crushing knife, gear ring, mesh, blades, etc. Absorbing material is composed of pipe, cyclone separator, fan. Dust elimination has Filter bag, induced draft fan, etc. The machine through the mouth into the crushing chamber, with high speed rotating blade impact in the crushing room, make the material towards the ring gear which fixed on the body, causing the impacting and shearing.
