a.        Buyer send bank endorsed ICPO with full bank details

b.        Seller will issue Proforma Invoice / Contract - buyer will sign

c.       Buyer sends CONDITIONAL MT103 to Seller within 24 hours

d.        Seller sends full POP  including warehouse receipts from SGS via SWIFT within 48 hours to Buyer

e.         Buyer pays with MT 103-23 or SBLC

f.          Shipment lead-time: 15-18days.
