1) Buyer send LOI (Letter of Intention) Signed and on letterhead;
2) Seller send SCO (Soft Corporate Order);
3) Buyer gives ICPO signed  and stamped + BCL to be checked + NCNDA/IMFPA
4) Seller gives FCO to  the buyer. The buyer must sign this document.
5) Seller provides the  draft contract for the attention of the buyer to sign.
6) Buyer gives  POF to the seller by a ‘bank to bank' by MT 799 from Top 25/50
7) Seller gives a POP ‘bank to bank’ to the buyer.
8) ARDLC or SBLC or BG  or DLC will be transferred to the seller’s account.
9) Seller gives 2%  PB to activate the assets of the ARDLC, BG, and SBLC, or DLC.
10) Seller option of PB 2% the payment has to be by 100% by BG or SBLC only.
11) Seller ACCEPTS NON TRANSFERABLE Assets Only condition be by 100% by  BG or SBLC
12) Loading.
13) Delivery.
