WE need ICPO with bank details and authorization for soft probe, we don't need BCL.
After yours ICPO we will send you FCO in 3-10 hours, along with the draft of contract for yours consideration.
PROCEDURES:
1) Buyer issues a ICPO with bank details and authorization for soft probe of
funds.
2) Seller issues FCO.
3) Buyer sign, seal and return the FCO.
4) Seller issues Draft Contract.
5) Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract, seller sign the Contract and
return to the Buyer.
6) Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their
respective Banks.
7) Within 3 (three) banking days, Buyer Bank sends a Non-operative
payment instrument to the sellers Bank
8) Within 48 hours Seller's Bank sends Proof of Products (POP) + PB 2%
via Swift Bank to Bank methods to the Buyers Bank
9) payment instrument become operative.
10) Shipment start in accordance with the contract terms
