1. Buyer issues loi/ICPO to Seller with right to soft probe.
2. Seller issue FCO WITH PROCEDURE for the BUYER ACCEPTANCE
3. BUYER RETURN SIGNED FCO AND Buyer Bank issue BCL to Sellers bank
4. SELLER ISSUES the Contract Agreement AND PROFORMA INVOICE FOR 100% VALUE OF THE ORDER, to the Buyer and when both parties agreed on the contract, they would proceed to sign the Contract in a way convenient to both electronic signatures will be considered valid in this transaction.
5. Seller issue the pop such as copy of the b/l, sgs report, etc..to buyers bank for verification.
6. AFTER VERIFICATION OF POP BUYER'S BANK ISSUES A CONDITIONAL MT103/23 WITH BANK GUARANTEE FOR PAYMENT
7. SELLER CHANGES IN SHIPPING DOCUMENTS BUYER'S NAME
8. TT SWIFT MT103/23 MADE AND VESSELS INSTRUCTED TO BUYER'S PORT OF DESTINATION.
9.Seller develops and submit the following documents to sellers bank counters:
1 Bill of lading 1 Original 3 copies
2 Commercial invoices 1 originals and 3 copies
3 Certificate of origin 1 original and 3 copies
4 Packing list 1 original and 3 copies
5 Certificate of QUANTITY, QUALITY AND WEIGHT inspection issued by SGS
6 Insurance certificate for the Shipment.
7 Phytosanitary certificate
