Comments from Jim Murray a well known British whisky judge and critic about the Sullivans Cove Single Malt the flavour is outstanding. The body is big and lush, the intensity of the malt is a sheer delight. Fabulous balance between the sweet malt and the intervening oak which ends with a big cocoa finale which shows some decent aging. At the moment your malt is highly enjoyable, at times brilliant
Comments form Michael Jackson another published whisky writer and critic wrote this comment about our whisky in his latest book full gold; smooth; leathery and dry.
