Dried tomatoes are produced from the whole, ripe, red tomatoes selected, washed with microbiologically controlled water, halved and sun dried under controlled conditions
Before filling dried tomatoes are boiled and inspected before packaging.

Total 100 m / t crop.
Shipment is half-time 10 days.

12 months from production date in unopened packages
