Both our sun-dried and semi dried tomatoes are made from fresh tomatoes harvested at the peak of their ripeness. The tomatoes are then dried under the Aegean sun, supervised continuously by our experienced quality control team. They are processed in our factory with a special dipping system that gives uniformity and consistency in quality.

Regular Sundried tomatoes: Mostly used by processors.

The tomatoes need a drying process which takes between 5-7 days with salt or sulphur (SO2) as a preservative. There are two type ; with salt or SO2.

- With Salt 6-8%, Moisture 18-23%,

- W ith SO2 2500-3000 ppm, Moisture:18-23%

Ready to Eat (RTE) sundried tomato: An increasngly popular item due to the super red color and quality . After blanching tomatoes in our factory, the traditional tomatoes have been become a R(eady) T(o) E(at). These Tomatoes are mainly used in restaurants, hotels etc. No need to cook. They are served with salads, pizzas, pastas (with sauce) or can be sub-product for the other industrial processes.

Moisture: 30-40% (salted type), 35-40% (SO2 type), with various sizes and shapes (halves, julienne, diced) in available packaging types are; Bulk 10 kg boxes , 1-2 kg vacuum bags.
