Contains Milk and Soy.
Mix 3 level of scoops with water or milk (depending on taste). 1 scoop of Sustagen® = 20g Scoop included in can.
Stir before serving. Great chilled or served warm.
May be kept at 4 C in refrigerator for 24 hours.
