   7 nutritional ingredients of Guguan tartary buckwheat


1、Bioflavonoid: its main ingredient is rutin. It is also known as vitamin P. It can reduce blood fat and cholesterol in human body and is an important ancillary drug for curing high blood pressure and angiocardiopathy; rutin is almost absent in other cereals!
