We grow all of our own vegetable starts in our greenhouses to assure the healthiest and most well adapted plants possible
sweet peppers. The red, green, yellow andorange peppers are grown with great dedication and according to thecrop standard. The latter is essential if we are to be sure of auniform product for each colour of sweet pepper, which all have theirown individual flavour. The variety trials conducted annually in closecooperation with our seed suppliers, are your guarantee of sustainableproduct development and therefore new and improved sweet peppers.
We grow a cover crop of bell beans, purple vetch, and cayuse oatsduring the winter and early spring. This builds organic matter, addsnutrients, and protects soil from erosion. Each spring we mow andincorporate these crops into the soil with a spading machine.
