Semi-dried noodle production line. The drying oven is part of the production line used to dry the noodle to 24% water left inside the noodle. Thus the semi-dried noodle can be stored for 60 days at room temperature and can be stored for half a year under cold condition. If it is frozen, it can be stored for a year without damaging its quality and flavour.
By using far infrared as heat source, the functions of dehydration and sterilization are well performed. Equipped with the frequency converter and digital thermostat control devices, this drying oven works more stably and reliably. It is used in the dehydration procedure of semi-dried noodle production. There are different types of electric drying ovens such as single-row type, double-row type and multi-row type for customers to make a choice according to their capacity requirement.
