1. Are you able to relabel the canned drinks under our own brand name?(OEM)
Yes, we provide OEM service, the MOQ for OEM is 5000 cartons per product.
Or you can choose our brand Madam Hong at the beginning with low MOQ (200cartons).
2. Do you have FDA inspection for importing to US?
We have FDA certification, so there's no problem to import our products to the USA.
3. Questions for Sample
Can you provide samples? | Yes, we provide free samples, you only have to pay for the freight fee. (We need your exact address to calculate the freight fee) |
How long does it take to receive the samples? | After the confirmation of sample order, normally 3-5 days after we send it. (Once the samples are sent, we'll inform you) |
How do you send the samples? | We send it by air express. |
Why don't you send it by sea shipping? Will it be cheaper? | As goods shipped by sea freight are discharged at the sea-port where you need to take your clearing formalities through Customs. It's much more expensive than the air express if the quantity doesn't reach a certain amount. Unless you are sending a large amount of products, otherwise it won't be cheaper, that's why we suggest shipment by airfreight via UPS door-to-door service. |
Is the freight cost accounted for in the price of the cartons? Or will it be an added cost on top of the carton orders? | We offer FOB price. (It doesn't include any other fee, you are in charge of the costs of your shipment. You'll need to make your own arrangements to have your shipment unloaded at the port in your country, cleared through customs, and then moved to your store or warehouse by lorry.) |
