Made exclusively in certain specific areas, this has been one of Ciresa's leading products since the company was established. Soft cheese with a strong taste. Square shape, weight 2.4 kg, pink rind with some green mould.
Ingredients: Pasteurized full-cream cow milk, salt, rennet, min. fat 48%.
Aging: about 8 weeks.
Keeping: at +2° to +6° C.
Packaging: whole cheeses, and portions of 250 g each in plastic boxes in modified atmosphere.
