Tamarind Roast Sauce
Ingredients: Sugar, salt, garlic, chilli, tamarind (5%), cooking oil, modified starch (1422), acid lactic (270), Monosodium glutamate (621), Potassium sorbate (202).
Usage: Heat the pan with cooking oil in, put seafood (shrimp, crab…) in, frying till turning yellow and taking out. Pour out all cooking oil, then pour the sauce into the pan, boil, put seafood in, mix them up, lay in dish, serve hot.
