1. Pour the product into the stainless bowl. 40cc of the product is poured into the bowl.
2. Pour 360cc of boiled clear chicken soup into the bowl.
3. Mix it well together.
4. Boil the noodle and remove the water and place it into the soup.
5. Add white ground sesami 3g.
6. Add chili oil 5cc.
 *** Bok-choy, Nikumiso, and fine strips of leek can be served as toppings.

 

♦ Easy way to make Nikumiso using " Ninniku miso (E-957)" 

    You can make ”Nikumiso” by frying ground pork.

1. Put the lard in heated iron pan.

2. Ready ground pork 60 g.
3. Fry.
4. Put "Ninniku miso (E-957)" 10 g into the pan.
5. Fry till glazing.
6. Finish. You can put Nikumiso on tan-tan men as topping.

 

♦ How to make "Chintan-GaraSoup" using
"Honjikomi-GaraSoup (E-418)"
