The rosy color and the tickling vivacity of his just-rough sparkling, suggest the agreeability of so many kisses, light but warm, provocative and attractive  It’s a rosé coming from a brief fermentation “in white” of Grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, completed then in autoclave with must from Pignoletto and Chardonnay. It’s fresh, yielded, perfumed and bright, splendid as aperitif and component principal of cocktail and long drink, that makes attractive with his colors and his taste. 

Serving suggestions: Special for aperitifs, suitable also as wine from all meal with fish and cheeses.  It must be served fresh (8-10°C)
