A steaming bowl of fresh cooked oatmeal is the perfect way to start off your day, especially if you are trying to prevent or are currently dealing with heart disease or diabetes.
Cooking in microwave:
Mix ingredients together and place in microwave for approximately 1 min. - 30 sec. per serving; or at least that's how long it takes in our microwave. Adjust the time for your microwave. Mix and let stand a few minutes.
Cooking on stove top:
Pour soy milk into a saucepan and bring just to the boiling point. Remove from heat and stir in other ingredients. Let stand for 5 min.
