High Mountain Tea is grown high up in the mountains at 2600m above the sea level. Tea growers pick the winter tea in October of the Chinese Lunar Calendar while the spring tea is picked in June. As the area is always shrouded in cloud and mist, the long growing periods produce thick tealeaves that are sweet to the taste. There is a cool mineral taste to the brew and a rich fruity perfume. This is the perfect tea for brewing in the summer. Picking Seasons: Spring, Winter
