Ingredients: Rice Flour, Wheat Flour, Corn starch, Topioca Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and permitted Flavour.
How to Use:
1) Mix up 150g Bunga Raya Tempura Fried flour with 150ml water and stir the mixture until it concentrated.
2) Pouring 8cm food oil into frying-pan heat it for 3-4 minutes until it boil.
3) Dip the prawn, cuttlefish, or vegetable into the mixture and fried it in the boiling oil. Keep turning the fried until it turned into gold colour.
4) Take the fried from the oil and dry it. Serve when it still hot.
