Instructions

Water at approximately 185?-195?F or 85?-90?C should be used for steeping the tea. Steep the tea leaves for 1-2 minutes for the first round. Longer steeping time is required for the consequent rounds. As a rough guide, the higher the temperature of the water or the greater the amount of leaves used, the shorter the steeping time should be.
