This is the result of the wood fermentation of an O ROSAL wine, elaborated from ALBARIÑO, LOUREIRA and CAIÑO BLANCO.
Following soaking and racking, the must is then fermented in new casks made of French an American oak, following the aging process on lees for four months.
Lively, intense, yellow straw colour, very attractive.
The pleasant flavours of peah and white flower go hand in hand with hints of melted butter, with slight smokiness from the new cask.
