The principle represents the following temperature profile on Milk

The control panel will provide for following functions

Automatic regulation of temperatures in sections P1/P2 /P5 and K1/K2/I/

The control panel and box will consist of

- 1 set simens PLC system and op panel.  

- 3 inverters for PD/centrifugal pump/hot water pump.

- 1 set of terminals strips for connection to a data logging system. 

- 1 set of required motor starters  

- 1 set of required air reduction units 

- 1 set temperature and level transmitter .

the press air must be dry and clean with no traces oil.

Tower water/ice water 

Water used in the plant mustbe soft and clean in order to avoid deposit and corrosion.

Water used as heating or cooling media should comply with the following requirements:

total dissolved solids    max 500mg/l

PH                      7~9

Hardness                 max 10dh

Chlorine (cl2)             max 0.2mg/l

Chloride (cl-)             max 30mg/l(temp>120°C max5~15mg/l).
