02. Seller issues draft contract to Buyer
03. Buyer review, amend (if necessary)
04. Seller confirms the agreement, Buyer/Seller meet (sign final contract)
05. Buyer issues: LC Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed payable 100% at sight.
06. Buyer visits the site (if necessary).
07. Delivery and Loading plan begins
08. Seller issues SGS, OBL, all documents to Buyers Bank
09. Buyers Bank releases the LC to Seller
10. Vessel departs / Deal closed.
