     a) By Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable Letter Of Credit payable 100% at sigh

     b) By TT 30% deposit and TT 70% against presentation of shipping documents

     c) By Bank Guaranteen Payable 100% 30, 45  and 60 days with additional 3% - 6% charge

11. Procedure:

     1) Buyer issue LOI with softprobe on buyer's letterhead.

     2) Seller issue pro-forma invoice as per sale confirmation and contract.

     3) Buyer sign seal pro-forma invoice and contract and return to seller via fax or e-mail.

     4) The buyer's bank issues finance instrument within 5 working days

     5) Shipment within 45 working days after receipt financial instrument at seller 's bank.
