Heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil, stir fry 1kg well cut fresh crab in pieces for 10min. Add sliced onion and 1 bottle of Thai Sing chilli Crab sauce , half bottle of water, one beaten egg, and stir fry till cooked then serve. (*Thai Sing Chilli Crab Sauce may use for fried rice)
