Our Working Procedure

OPTION A  

1. Buyer sends LOI with Full Banking Details for (soft probe)

2. Seller sends FCO / draft contract

3. Buyer reviews and set amendments (if necessary)

4. Seller and Buyer meet and sign contract (final hard copy)

5. Buyer issues Non-operative, Irrevocable, Transferable LC payable at sight (Loading port)

6. Seller starts loading the products

7. Seller issues SGS, OBL, Health cert. to Buyer's Bank

8. Buyers Bank releases the LC to Sellers Bank

9. Vessel departs / Deal close

OPTION B  

01. Buyer sends LOI with Full Banking Details for (soft probe)

02. Seller sends FCO / draft contract

03. Buyer reviews and set amendments (if necessary)

04. Seller and Buyer meet and sign the contract (final hard copy)

05. Buyer sends 20% down payment by TT, and balance by LC.

06. Seller starts loading the commodity.

07. Buyer sends Non-operative, Irrevocable, Transferable LC payable 100% at sight (Loading port)

08. Seller issues SGS, OBL, Health cert. all documents as per the contract to Buyer's Bank

09. Buyers Bank releases the LC to Sellers Bank

10. Vessel departs / Deal close

Strictly all mentioned are (non-negotiable) terms as per the Seller's procedure.
