Thai White Rice is one of the most popular rice strains in Thailand due to its big, fluffy, long grain and a firm texture. This type of rice can also be incorporated into many international dishes.

Grain Classification, comprising of:

·        Long grain Class 1 not less than 10%, the rest shall be Long grain Class 2 and or Class 3

·        Of all these there may be Short grain not exceeding 15%
