The American Artisanal Cheese Course Collection includes a trio of fine cheeses along with a cheese course guide.

Finding a distinctive holiday gift for clients and colleagues can be a challenge.  Why not send a sumptuous selection of gourmet cheeses from The Cheese Ambassador?  Its an elegant yet simple way to celebrate the season and show your good taste.

Congratulations - you have discovered some of the country's most exquisite gourmet cheeses. Artisanal cheese is created in small batches, crafted carefully by hand, using milk from local farms. The Cheese Ambassador has selected a trio of cheeses in a complementary array of textures and Flavors, to excite the palate and delight your guests.

The American Artisanal Cheese Course Collection includes:

  • Aged Gouda (Cow milk) - Created by a fourth-generation master cheese maker, this firm cheese calls the verdant pastures of Central Wisconsin home. Aged for over 6 months, the velvety texture and the nutty tang make for an arresting combination.
  • 3 Year Old Cheddar (Cow milk) - Made in the Amish country of Central Pennsylvania by a community of Plain dairy farmers, including those of Amish, Brethren and Mennonite religions. The small farms are worked in the traditional manner with horse-drawn plows by all members of the family. The Cheddar is complex and assertive with layers of flavors and textures being at once creamy and crumbly.
  • Cave-Aged Blue (Raw cow milk) - In the tradition of Roquefort and Gorgonzola, this blue cheese matured for 70 days in the sandstone caves of Southern Minnesota, where it benefited from the cool temperatures and high humidity levels. Discover how the turquoise colored veins add a bold tingle to the creamy, rich taste.
  • The cheese course guide not only offers tasting notes and serving tips but makes it easy to select food and wine pairings. Serving a gourmet cheese course has never been so effortless and elegant.
  • Net weight 15oz. Serves 4 6 people.
