Detailed introduction to The Beers - Pure and Simple:
The Beers - Pure and Simple

Our first two beers are brewed according to the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) which was established in 1516.  We have gone to extremes to import the best raw materials available - you will taste the difference, that we can promise you.

EINHORN SPEZIAL PILSNER is a North German style, where pilsners are tradionally more bitter than in the rest of the country.  It is a full-bodied, golden-colored craft beer and has 5% ABV.   It contains high-quality aroma hops from the Tettnang region in Germany, a small town near Lake Constance on the Austrian border.  The fruity Perle hops are from the Hallertau region, one of the finest hop growing regions in the world.

EINHORN HEFEWEIZEN is a complex Wheat beer with hints of Banana and clove.  It is lightly hopped with Tettnang hops, a spicey noble aroma variety.  The delicate aromas come from the yeast strain which was imported directly from Bavaria.  This is truly a perfect summer beer - unfiltered and pure enjoyment.  ABV 5.2%

EINHORN "Unikator" DOPPELBOCK  has been described by one BCJP like this (we couldn't have described it better):

Moderate dark malty nose with background vegetal and sweet floral alcohol notes.  As the beer warms a nice bready maltiness comes through.  Clear dark garnet beer with prodigious frothy tan head that persists well.  Moderately intense Munich malty flavor smoothly transitions to a toasty bread crust finish.  Balance is slightly toward malt sweetness but bitterness balances well.  Mouthfeel is full and creamy but doesn't linger on the palate.  Overall an excellent balance between full malt flavor and the dryness required to make an extremely drinkable dopplebock.  ABV 7%

Come to the release April 3-5 at Creekside Brewing and try it for yourself!
