1. Girasol root tuber powder (packaged) .

       -   Girasol root tubers are row material for producing the powder. Powder is produced by means of patent-safe technology.

       -   Girasol powder contains inuline polysaccharides, pectins, mineral complex (silica, potassium, magnesium, ferrum, chrome, phosphorus, etc), organic acids, cellulose, vitamins(1, 2, 6, ), carotenoids, amino acids, lipids, proteins- concentrated.
       -   To be used as essential nutrient in food products manufacturing or food and dietary supplements production

       -   Powder looks like crumbly beige color substance. While soaking the powder darkens up to dark-brown color and softens (not crunchy). Powder soaking index = 4,5-5 (i.e. 1 kg of powder is produced out of 5 kg of fresh root tubers).
       -   Got smell, the smell resembles vegetable oil.
       -   Insoluble.
       -   Sweeten taste. Under acid-termal conditions inuline turnes into fructose (gets hydrolyzed) and the powder gets sweeter.
