The blend is harmonious yet concentrated with integrated French oak and long layered tannin.Cellaring Potential: Will benefir from up to 10 years careful cellaring.Vinification: Grapes are harvested cold in the morning to retain fruit intensity prior to crushing, de-stemming and chilling for cold maceration for up to 72 hours. Fermentation is then allowed to proceed and drained into new French oak at completion. Oak is a mix of Burgundian and Bordeaux French oak. Malo-lactic fermentation occurs along with 18-24 months maturation before light filtration and bottling.
