Purpose 

THPG-5 Ball Grinding Polisher is a new generation rice polishing equipment developed by our company for many years and practical success. It creatively digests and absorbs the experience to polish the jade and jewelry, and change the rib polishing roll mode in the past; it can knead and rub the rice Kernel repeatedly by the stainless steel ball surface arranged spirally on the polishing main shaft, so that the polished rice can get the results of the good surface smoothness and small weight loss. This machine not only can process the white rice and enriched rice, but also it can polish the surface of the miscellaneous cereals (such as mung bean, sorghum  kernel , wheat kernel, coix seed  kernel  etc.). 

 

Characteristics 

1.2.1 A circular spherical surface is used instead of the traditional long rib, and the kneading and rubbing also are used instead of shear friction, so that the polished rice is white, smooth and bright with high precision and low rice grain breakage percentage. 

1.2.2 The automatic elements and devices, such as intelligent ammeter, temperature controller and others are used to ensure that the automatic high pressure air spray device can run stably, reliably and at high sensitivity.

Process flow 

 

After the raw materials enter the feed hopper, open the feeding plug-in plate, so that the materials enter the machine. After the current reaches the set value, the electromagnetic valve to control the air and water is opened, the water is sprayed from the nozzle, and the dampened materials in the polishing chamber will be polished under the combined effect of the polishing ball and the sieve plate. The polished materials will be discharged from the rice outlet nozzle, and the bran powder will be sucked out by the bran discharge assembly. The position adjustment of the weight can change the pressure of the rice nozzle, accordingly the rice polishing accuracy will be adjusted to an ideal status.
