Usage:
Externally, it may be applied by way of vapour or by adding to nonvolatile oils by making massage to the skin. Internally, it may be used dripping 1-5 drops to a glass of water (150-200 ml) 1-3 times daily.
Thyme Volatile Oil is obtained by steam distillation of thyme leaves and flower tops.
Active substances are carvacrol and thymol. It helps in feeling brave, increasing entrepreneurism in psychological terms.
In vapor therapy, thyme oil can be helpful with bronchitis, coughs, respiratory problems, sinusitis, mucus congestion and muscular aches and pains.
As a blended massage oil it can assist with arthritis, bronchitis, colds, flu, coughs, gout, bruises, eczema, mucus congestion, muscular aches and pains, obesity and rheumatism.
It may be diluted as a mouthwash or as a gargle, thyme oil can help with gum infections and tonsillitis thanks to its strong antiseptic features.
Warning: It is not advised to be used in pregnancy period.
