We established the advanced tomato plant in 1992 at Urumqi, capital of Xinjiang province, China. Annually we export thousands of tons of tomato paste to oversea market. We offer tomato paste in drums and in cans. We ensure that Great Tomato Past, Great Price and Great Service!
The tomato paste we can offer includes two kinds:
1. Hot break: heated to about 100°C, pectin is preserved -> thicker -> ketchup.
2. Cold break: heated to about 66°C, colour and flavour is preserved -> juice.
(Note: brix 36/38 are all cold break)
