Products introduction
1.Asepsis big drum package, usually packed in steel drum of 220 liter (55 gallon) and carton of 1000 liter( 300 gallon).
2.The ketchup in big drum is produced using fresh and ripe Tomatoes as raw materials, by procedures likecleaning, selecting, smashing, fungi removing, pulping, evaporating, sterilizing and filling.
3. The finished products are usually used to as material to produce ketchup in small package, tomato sauce, catchup, tomato powder, and lycopene.hinese ketchup is famous for high lycopene.
4.All the tomatoes in our company are picked manually, compared to machine picking, manual way could have a better identification of degree of ripeness, thus could better ensure the quality.
