1. Pour the Tonsio ramen soup (AC-265) into a stainless steel bowl.
2. Pour 50 ml of the product into a bowl and adding 10 ml of lard.
3. Pour 360 ml of heated chicken soup stock.
4. Mix them well.
5. Cook some noodles and drain them, then remove water and place into the bowl.
6. Stir noodles with chopsticks to break them up.
*** Serve with BBQ pork, bamboo shoots and spring onion as toppings.

It resembles the ramen which is eaten in Japan by using the Tonkotsu soup stock (B-23) for ramen.

How to make "Paitan-GaraSoup" using "RichTonkotsuGaraSoup (B-23)".

 

1. Please warm the product with about 80 °C hot water.

2. Please put "RichTonkotsu-Gara Soup (B-23) 2kg" into the hot water (6 - 8 liter).

3. Please use heated "Paitan-Gara Soup".
