Our wholesale frozen pork are fast-freezed at -18℃ to effectively minimise the natural meat deterioration process. They are then shipped whole after the initial pre-processing to our storage facility. We sliced different parts of the pork while it is still hard-frozen and packed them into easy-to-access packets for your convenience.

After deep freezing by - 50º Celsius we store our products by -18º Celsius in our storage facilities.
Goods are shipped to you in special refrigerated containers of -18º.
Packing: 1 Polly bags of 10kg each = 10kg per cartoon.
We can also provide customized packing as required by buyer.
We load 28MT per 40Ft containers.
