Torreya,origins in 1838 in plant classification by British botanist Arnott,in China mostly cultivated in "hometown of the Chinese torreya"( website.zhuji.gov.cn )-----Fengqiao, Zhuji county,Zhejiang Province,which is the birthplace of Managing Director of our company"Ningbo Honde Medical Instruments Co.,Limited".
In 2006,our company invested a plant in Fengqiao,Zhuji county,to process and market the local torreya.We purchase from the local farmer of their fresh torreya,which is called"fruits of three generations" because It takes two years for a generation of Nuts to ripen, and one year for the nuts being picked and process and then appear in Market.
The Torreya can be used in medicines, as it is effective in reducing phlegm, relieving cough, cleaning lung, moistening intestines and diminishing piles.
