Mango pulp is made from select Organic Alphonso or Totapuri mangoes, ripened under controlled atmospheric conditions.
The mango pulp preparation process includes cutting, destoning, refining and finally, packing.
For aseptic packing, the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags. The process ensures that the natural flavor and aroma of the fruit is retained in the final product.
