• CHARACTERISTICS:
Green colour , intense aromas and fruitiness, nuances of tomato, apple, green almond and freshly cut
grass. Very well balanced oil.
-Distinct bitterness and peppery finish, typical freshness of Picual variety.
-High content in oleic acid, polyphenols and antioxidants.
• HARVESTING PERIOD: The olives are picked up between November and early December
OIL EXTRACTION: Cold pressed (with temperature lower than 27°C) and filtered.
